1. Information We Collect

To provide licensed private charter and airport transfer services in Japan, Sun Taxi Japan collects necessary information including:

• Guest & Client Data: Name, email, contact ID (WhatsApp/LINE/WeChat), flight numbers, and route addresses.
• Driver & Supplier Data: Driver name, commercial green-plate license, insurance documents, and service regions.
• Location Data: Location coordinates used for distance computation and order dispatching.

2. How We Use Your Data

We strictly use your data for order dispatch, customer verification, itinerary notifications, and service fulfillment. We never sell or share data with unauthorized third parties.

3. Account Deletion & Data Right (Apple Guideline 5.1.1)

In compliance with Apple App Store Guideline 5.1.1 and privacy laws, you have the full right to delete your account and remove all stored personal data at any time.

1. In-App Self Service: Sign in to Dashboard or Driver Portal and click [Delete Account].
2. Email Assistance: Send deletion request to yy@suntaxijp.com.
